This is the payment, renewal, cancellation and refund policy for a Hedgewall subscription. It is also section 07 of the full terms on the disclaimer page, linked in the footer, and the two are the same text. Questions about a specific charge go to connect@hedgewall.in with the Razorpay id from the Payments list in Settings.
The 7-day free trial starts when you first sign in, with no card. A paid plan is paid by card or UPI through Razorpay from Settings. Every plan is a subscription: you approve a standing instruction and the plan price is charged again at the end of each term (every month, three months, six months or year, whichever you chose) until you cancel. For a charge above Rs 15,000 your bank asks you to approve each renewal, and we email you before it is due. If you already have days of access left, you are charged when you subscribe and those days are kept: they are added on top of the term you pay for. Card and UPI details are entered with Razorpay and never reach us.
You can stop auto-renewal from Settings, under Your subscription, at any time. The next charge does not happen, your access continues to the end date you have already paid for, nothing is refunded and nothing more is charged. You can subscribe again whenever you like.
A first term is not refundable once broker authentication is complete. Connecting your broker is the point at which the workspace starts running against your own account, and it is the step that marks a subscription as used. We do not refund time you have already used or part of a term you chose to stop using. If you were charged by mistake, twice for the same cycle or an amount different from the one shown to you, write to connect@hedgewall.in with the Razorpay id from the Payments list in Settings; where the charge was our error we refund it to the original payment method.
If a renewal charge is declined, Razorpay retries it for a few days. If it still does not go through, the subscription stops, we email you once, and your access runs to its paid end date plus one day. A stopped subscription is not revived; you subscribe again from Settings. Mentorship is a separate one-time purchase and is not a subscription.
